ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR "NEW" STUDENTS 

If you have a child(ren) in Grades K-12 who will be enrolling for the 2017-18 school year, please do not register your child(ren) at this time. The online registration gateway pertains ONLY to students new to the district for the 2016-17 school year. Instructions to complete the registration will be provided within the portal. After completing the online pre-registration, you will need to provide the following documents to Hiawatha to complete the registration process: student's birth certificate or passport, immunization record, and proof of residency.  The school district will be updating our registration portal and will post information on next year's registration as soon as it becomes available. Our highly qualified staff provides a supportive and differentiated curriculum to meet the varying academic needs of our students. Hiawatha staff believes in meeting the needs of the whole child. This includes providing high quality, academic instruction along with establishing and maintaining a caring and nurturing environment. Support staff work closely with teachers to ensure that the goals of the school are met and the needs of students are addressed.

Parents in our community play an integral part in the educational climate of our school. They willingly volunteer at school functions and with classroom needs. Together parents and staff advocate for the child to achieve their full potential.
